Call recordings and productivity reports are available to the enterprise line hierarchy in a drill down dashboard format.

Core Functionality

Our Call Centre app is designed for the use of our call centre employees or for the use of our client’s call centre employees. The App core functionality is that of an auto-dialler where the app enables the registered users to make calls and reach out to different target audience using auto dialer mechanism. All calls made in the app environment are recorded and stored on our cloud server for quality and training purposes. As a part of the process, the app needs to have permission to accessing microphone, storage and contacts

Permissions Needed for SpearOn Call Centre

Microphone Record Audio The app works as a call centre autodialler for registered users and needs to access microphone for enabling audio recording of calls made within the app environment.
Phone PROCESS OUTGOING CALLS, The permission allows apps to know your phone number, current cellular network information, and ongoing call status. We require this permission for programatically dialling the number received from backend. Calls dialled are recorded. Post the conversation is over, the calls are disconnected programmatically
Contacts READ CONTACT App Needs this permission to read your calling logs for creating call centre reports and agent productivity
Storage Read Storage, Write Storage The app needs this permission in order to record and store the calls made using our app framework. These call records are synced to our cloud server and deleted from the phone

This Enterprise Application is designed to help registered users to work as call centre workers using their mobile phone. This app transforms an android phone into an advanced call centre seat. It allows users to make calls in app framework and dial calls using auto dialer framework.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration with us is mandatory for using the app.

When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, age, user name, password and other registration information; (b) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (c) information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information and project management information.

We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices etc

Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at support@evolgence.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
